Les Petits Riens is a social economy enterprise whose mission is to support people in difficulty so that they gain autonomy in a sustainable way. 🧡
The Petits Riens group is composed of 6 legal entities which are attached to 5 Joint Sub-Committees (319.00, 319.02, 323, 329.02 and 323). These entities allow it to fulfil its missions of social economy, accommodation and reception of people in precarious situations. The team is currently composed of 5 people and led by the Director of Personnel and Communication.

👉 Mission
The HR Manager works in close collaboration with the Director of Personnel and Communication and the team of payroll and Soft HR managers to translate the Human Resources management needs of the organization and the various entities that make it up into concrete actions
He/She is the guarantor of the implementation of HRM processes and the adequacy of the organization's responses to the human challenges it faces.

💼 Tasks

  • Management and animation of a team of 4 people.

  • Point of contact for requests from the Management Committee.

  • Contact point for social dialogue.

  • Implementation and monitoring of an HR policy, as well as implementation and adjustment of HR processes and procedures.

  • Guarantor of compliance with social legislation.

  • Guarantor of the salary policy and the optimization of salary conditions, in connection with the prescriptions of the CPs to which the various entities making up the Petits Riens are attached.

  • Responsible for the professionalization and optimization of processes related to a person's career path within the organization: recruitment, onboarding, training, evaluation and career management.

  • Point of contact with internal and external stakeholders regarding legal aspects (lawyers / Jurists / DPD / CPPT / CE / DS).

  • Responsible for the continuous training of the members of the HR department.

  • Guarantor of an inclusive diversity policy.

  • Regular reporting to the Director of Personnel and Communication.

  • In conjunction with the Internal Prevention Advisor, responsible for well-being.

  • In conjunction with the Internal Communication department, responsible for the dissemination of information and communications related to personnel management.

Profile

You are able to deal with a wide range of topics and projects and have the following skills: 

💻 Hard Skills

  • You have a Master's degree with a focus on HRM, labour sciences or are able to make the most of equivalent experience. 🎓

  • You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the field and a minimum of 2 years in team management.

  • You have experience in implementing HR projects involving a variety of stakeholders.

  • You have a strong affinity for numbers and data analysis.

  • You have a very good knowledge of the Office 365 package and are proficient in Excel.

  • You have a good knowledge of social legislation and understand the challenges of its application in terms of payroll, in particular.

Soft Skills

  • You are able to design an HR strategic plan and translate it into concrete actions that can be applied in a changing context.

  • You are inspiring and know how to motivate teams to create a positive work environment.

  • You know how to manage unforeseen situations and adapt to legal and organisational changes.

  • You are assertive and able to manage possible tensions.

  • You handle confidential information professionally.

  • You are organized and able to manage several missions in parallel with efficiency.
