🌟 Your mission
Mekanika has a clear business and brand strategy. As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for defining a marketing strategy that supports our growth ambitions. Your role requires a deep understanding of our business and brand, which will enable you to foster strong relationships with our diverse audiences, increase our awareness, deliver an exceptional brand experience, and drive our performance.

A key part of this role will be to build and nurture a strong community around Mekanika, strengthening the collaborative and open aspects of our product ecosystem strategy.

You will oversee the establishment and management of a junior marketing profile and coordinate with a network of freelance experts in different disciplines.

💪 Your responsibilities

Marketing Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and brand vision. 💻
Marketing Roadmap and Planning: Define and deploy a structured marketing roadmap, ensuring clear prioritization and timely execution.
Budget and Performance Management: Oversee budget allocation, set performance targets, and track key marketing performance indicators. 📊
360° Integrated Marketing Approach: Oversee a diverse set of marketing activities, including digital marketing, sponsorships, advertising, events, PR, influencer collaborations, and content marketing.
Community Building: Strategizing to engage and grow our community, leveraging content, events, and digital platforms to build an active and engaged audience.
Execution and Coordination: Manage and coordinate communication deliverables with internal and external stakeholders, pitching in as needed to ensure quality execution.

Profile

5 to 10 years of experience in a senior marketing role, ideally as Head of Marketing.
Strong strategic expertise with a hands-on approach to execution.
Proven expertise in digital marketing and ability to leverage online channels for brand growth and engagement.
Excellent writing skills and a strong aesthetic sensitivity that aligns with our brand vision.
Natural ability to connect and network, build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. 🤝
Excellent command of French and English (oral and written) - fluency in Dutch is an added asset.
