We are looking for a consultant to evaluate the development of our volunteers' outreach capacity.

This evaluation concerns the implementation of the five-year programme for global citizenship education and solidarity implemented by Oxfam-Magasins du monde and co-financed by the Directorate-General for Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid. 🧡

📆 The evaluation will have to be carried out between June 2025 and February 2026 and aims to assess the development of adult volunteers' awareness capacities to act as multipliers and to develop a tool to measure the evolution of these capacities.

Profile

  • Demonstrate general knowledge of the NGCA sector and in particular NGCA with awareness-raising missions/ECMS;

  • Experience working with volunteers 🤗;

  • Knowledge of the continuing education sector is an asset;

  • Demonstrate methodological and practical knowledge of qualitative and comparative evaluation methods;

  • Demonstrate qualitative and quantitative data analysis skills;

  • Demonstrate good communication skills, both oral and written 📣;

  • Demonstrate total independence from Oxfam-Magasins du monde (no involvement, either professionally or personally, in OMdm's activities and bodies);

  • Demonstrate ethics (duty of confidentiality and respect for data confidentiality).
