Relieve is a Belgian startup specializing in the circular design of office spaces. 🌱🪑 Our mission is to revolutionize the way companies design their spaces by offering them 100% circular solutions based on the reuse and revalorization of high-quality furniture. We enable our clients to create aesthetically pleasing, smart and environmentally friendly offices while reducing their ecological footprint.

As part of our growth, we are looking for an Account & Project Manager with a passion for environmental impact and the circular economy to join our team in Brussels! 🤩

📝 Job description:

As Account & Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships as well as coordinating circular office design projects. You will need to be proactive, creative and comfortable with customer contact, while ensuring customer satisfaction every step of the way.

🚀 Your main missions:

  • Accounts Receivable Management : Maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering them tailor-made solutions aligned with our circular values.

  • Project Management : Plan, follow deadlines, coordinate teams and partners, and ensure that each project is delivered on time and on budget.

  • Business Development : Identify new opportunities, prospect potential customers, and prepare compelling business offers.

  • Organization and management of agendas : Organize and manage client appointments, plan the different stages of projects, and carefully monitor the progress of tasks.

  • Customer and solution orientation : Be comfortable in exchanges with customers, know how to anticipate problems and propose creative and effective solutions.

  • Participation in events : Represent Relieve at events, trade shows, or other activities, sharing your passion for the circular economy.

  • Creativity and innovation : Thinking outside the box to come up with innovative ideas and tailor-made solutions tailored to customer needs.

Profile

  • Experience : 3 to 5 years of experience in project management and/or account management, ideally in the furniture, space design or circular economy sector.

  • Languages : Dutch is compulsory, with a good command of French and English.

  • Organization and rigor : You have excellent time and priority management, with a real sense of organization and project monitoring. 📆

  • Solution oriented and proactive : You are creative, solution-oriented, and willing to think outside the box when necessary.

  • Startup spirit : You are autonomous, enterprising, comfortable in a dynamic environment and you like to take initiative. 💪
