Job description

We are looking for a motivated operational intern to join us for a 4 to 6 month internship starting in January. This position is ideal for someone who is organized and interested in logistics, inventory management, and sustainability in the furniture industry.

🤸 ♀️ About the internship:

Main responsibilities:

  • Carry out furniture inventories, ensuring accurate data entry and efficient management of existing stocks on our platform

  • Support the logistics team in the planning of deliveries, collections and the overall coordination of the schedule.

  • Assist with order picking and labeling of furniture for shipping.

  • Track deliveries and collections to ensure timely fulfillment and communication with customers.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational and logistical efficiency.

Profile

  • Student or recent graduate profile

  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

  • Fluency in English + French and/or Dutch

  • Attraction to participate in a growing sustainable project and interest in the circular economy.
