TURBEL is looking for a Purchaser for our Office Business Unit (distribution of office and school supplies brands) !

As a Restocker, you ensure the efficient management of supplies to guarantee the availability of products while optimizing stock levels. You will play a critical role in keeping our supply chain running smoothly.

👉 Your main responsibilities:

Manage supplies based on sales needs and forecasts.
Analyze logistics flows and anticipate stock needs. 📊
Manage and optimize inventory management and ERP tools.
Monitor performance indicators (service level, stock turnover, etc.).
Communicate continuously with suppliers to ensure optimal service (negociating the prices is managed by our brand management team).
Collaborate with the internal sales team and provide punctual support. 🤝

Profile

You have 2 to 5 years' previous experience in replenishment or supply chain.
You have a good knowledge of both national languages and English.
You are proficient in inventory management and ERP tools. 👌
You're comfortable with the Office suite.
You have a good knowledge of replenishment processes.
You are able to analyze and make quick decisions.
You are rigorous, organized and have good priority management. ⏰
You have interpersonal skills and a team spirit.
You are able to manage any disagreements with suppliers.
