TURBEL is looking for a Purchaser for our Office Business Unit (distribution of office and school supplies brands) !

As a Restocker, you ensure the efficient management of supplies to guarantee the availability of products while optimizing stock levels. You will play a critical role in keeping our supply chain running smoothly.

 👉 Your main responsibilities:

  • Manage supplies based on sales needs and forecasts.

  • Analyze logistics flows and anticipate stock needs. 📊

  • Manage and optimize inventory management and ERP tools.

  • Monitor performance indicators (service level, stock turnover, etc.).

  • Communicate continuously with suppliers to ensure optimal service (negociating the prices is managed by our brand management team).

  • Collaborate with the internal sales team and provide punctual support. 🤝

Profile

  • You have 2 to 5 years' previous experience in replenishment or supply chain.

  • You have a good knowledge of both national languages and English.

  • You are proficient in inventory management and ERP tools. 👌

  • You're comfortable with the Office suite.

  • You have a good knowledge of replenishment processes.

  • You are able to analyze and make quick decisions.

  • You are rigorous, organized and have good priority management. ⏰

  • You have interpersonal skills and a team spirit.

  • You are able to manage any disagreements with suppliers.
