Maintenance Manager

YOUR JOB

You will be in charge of the preventive and curative maintenance of our machine park (80% of the time) and that of the buildings (20%).
You will join the maintenance department (Technical Service) managed by the Production & Site Manager.

You will carry out the following missions:

• Maintenance of the machine park : management of machines of different brands and resolution of technical problems. You advise and support the machine operators and ensure troubleshooting independently. You coordinate the interventions of the machine suppliers.

• Preventive maintenance: You improve existing processes and follow the preventive/predictive maintenance plan to avoid breakdowns.

• Parts and supplier management: You design technical drawings, manage parts orders, and liaise with suppliers.

• Building maintenance: follow-up of maintenance contracts, minor repairs and management of electrical and lifting installations. Compliance with safety rules included.

• Diploma in Electromechanics,

• You have or are ready to obtain a BA4 or BA5 competency certificate.

• You have basic knowledge of PLC-HMI and other electronic components Experience in a similar position and/or experience in an industrial work environment is an asset.

• You have a very good knowledge of French. Knowledge of the second national language and English is an asset.

• You are familiar with MS Office and ERP programs as well as CAD drawing programs (autocad, inventor, fusion, proficad).

• During the first meeting, you will meet the Production & Site Manager and the HR manager.

• Is there a match? A second interview will be offered to you. This consists of solving a practical case of maintenance in the field.
