The mission of a Sales Trainee

The program starts with a Sales Bootcamp : an exciting and challenging month with a steep learning curve. The objective of this bootcamp? A crash course in sales to get you started as quickly as possible and find out if this career path is right for you.

Once you have successfully completed our Sales Bootcamp, your training continues! Your mission as a Sales Trainee is to approach potential partners, find out if we can help them and introduce them to Zerocopy! Put your all in sales training, work consistently, trust the process and you will break even in 4-6 months!

Once you're a profitable team member, you're given additional management responsibilities. We're a small team of young leaders, so we divide all the work between us. If you prove that you can handle it, the responsibility will come to you!

Profile

You've just graduated with a bachelor's or master's degree (or soon will be)
You are fluent in Dutch and English

Overview of the Graduate Program

The Graduate Program consists of 6 blocks of 3 months. Each block has specific workouts, goals, and metrics. Each 3-month block will be concluded with a career development interview, which will be converted into your personal career development plan for the next 3 months.

Months 1-3: Training phase

Months 4 to 6: Become a profitable crew member
- Focus on achieving your weekly metrics
- Close your first partnerships
- Become a profitable team member
Months 7-9: Management Responsibilities
- Manage your funnel from A to Z
- Management Responsibilities
Months 10-12: It's promotion time!
- Depending on your performance, we have 3 promotion levels. What level will you reach after 12 months?
Month 13-15: New interns begin!
- Focus on achieving promotion level 3
- Onboarding & coaching of new interns
Month 16-18: It's graduation time!
- Do you want to be promoted within Zerocopy? Sales or marketing team?
- Do you want to spread your wings and start your own business?
- Will you join another ship with your newly acquired skills?
