👋 Mission Overview
As an intern, you will work closely with the campus coordinators of our various campuses to support day-to-day administrative tasks and assist in the recruitment of our learners. You will also take on a key project: managing a skills sponsorship initiative for our students, which includes supporting our account managers in finding potential partners, publishing on sponsorship platforms and actively engaging with our alumni community.
This assignment offers a unique opportunity to apply your business administration and lead an HR project in a dynamic and technology-driven environment.
💪 Responsibilities
👩 🏫 Skills-based sponsorship and mentoring mission
Take the lead in BeCode's sponsorship and mentorship program initiatives, which are at the heart of this role. These programs aim to equip learners with essential soft skills and guide them by experienced professionals to support their career development. The main responsibilities are as follows:
Skills sponsorship:
Organize and plan workshops in collaboration with volunteers who specialize in Agile methodology, stress management, feedback, time management, and other topics.
Manage logistics such as setting dates, booking rooms, confirming attendance, and coordinating with coaches and campus staff.
Publish sponsorship needs on relevant platforms, engage alumni, and collaborate with account managers to ensure seamless delivery of sessions across campuses.
Mentorship Program:
Implement the mentoring framework with specialist organisations to connect learners with external professionals who can provide personalised career guidance.
Ensure smooth coordination and communication with mentoring organizations and track progress.
Organize mentorship events and feedback sessions to enhance and sustain the impact of the program.
🗣 General support
Provide additional support for recruitment efforts, learner onboarding, and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the campus:
Recruitment support: Collaborate with campus coordinators to organize and manage recruitment efforts, including scheduling information sessions, assisting with selection events in Brussels, Liège, Ghent and Charleroi.
Administrative assistance: Facilitate learner onboarding by tracking attendance, preparing documentation, and managing logistics and supplies for campus events.
Employee onboarding: Help refine and structure the onboarding process for new team members, including maintaining the Trello onboarding board, compiling documents, and creating clear workflows to ensure seamless onboarding.
Profile
Internship of min. 3 months, 6 months preferred, 60% min
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a relevant field of study (i.e. HR, Business Administration).
Strong coordination and organizational skills.
Outgoing and comfortable making phone calls and speaking with external stakeholders. 📞
Proactive: Hands-on, solution-oriented, and willing to actively engage in a diverse set of tasks.
Multilingual: Fluency in French and English is preferred. Dutch is a plus.
