As a full-time principal secretary, on a permanent contract, you will lead and coordinate the administrative team of the Hepato-Gastroenterology Department, ensuring its proper functioning and optimising its efficiency.
🎯 Your responsibilities:
Be the point of contact for caregivers with the administrative services.
Help the Head of the Medical Service with financial files, management of the equipment of the medico-technical service, preparation of the budget, etc.
Are responsible for the team of medical secretaries. 👩⚕️👨⚕️
Ensure continuity of service and take over their tasks if necessary.
Organize the department's scientific meetings.
Manage the physical and IT access rights of the department's staff.
Manage the medical and nurse on-call list. 🩺

Profile
📚 Qualifications and experience required:
You have a bachelor's degree in medical secretarial work or executive secretary.
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a secretary or medical secretary.
You are fluent in English and Dutch.

You have knowledge of medical vocabulary.
You know how to motivate and guide others towards the achievement of common goals, even without being in a position of formal authority.
You are a good listener and empathetic.
You are able to find creative and effective solutions to challenges or obstacles.
