Sustainability & Customer Happiness Intern (min. 6 months)

Thanks to our e-commerce site, we deliver a wide range of fresh, organic and/or local products as well as meal boxes from local producers. As part of the renewal of this certification, we are looking for a motivated intern who is passionate about sustainability. We also want someone with a strong interest in the customer experience.

Supervised by the Supply Chain Manager, you will contribute to the improvement of customer satisfaction and you will be responsible for collecting, structuring and analyzing the data necessary for the renewal of our B Corp certification:

• Customer service : you respond to customer requests and messages with responsiveness and kindness (e-mail, phone) to support them and guarantee their satisfaction and you report customer feedback to improve our services with the operational 📞 team

• Coordination and data collection : You collaborate with relevant departments to gather information related to governance, social, environmental and economic impact.

• Analysis and reporting : You check the data collected and ensure that it complies with B Corp's criteria. You prepare summary reports to facilitate the process.

• Update of the B Corp questionnaire : you complete the required sections in the certification platform, in collaboration with the internal teams

• Monitoring of indicators : you identify the points to be improved to maximize our score and propose ways to improve. 📊

You're our star if you are... ⭐

• Student in a business school, engineering, or university with a specialization in sustainable development, CSR, project management or equivalent.

• Strong interest in sustainability and positive impact certifications. Experience and knowledge of the B Corp label is a real plus.

• Organizational skills, rigor and attention to detail. 🔎

• Analytical skills and mastery of numbers

• Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Ability to create internal links with one's interlocutors: adaptation, sense of contact and listening. Good written and oral communication, collaborative spirit.

• Professional level in French and English (a plus for exchanging with external parties or the B Corp network).

• Autonomy, agility and responsiveness: adapting to a dynamic environment
