Kalani is a brand and e-commerce (www.kalani-home.com) of household linen, mainly made of cotton, certified organic and Fairtrade, of high quality at low prices. Kalani is committed to making high-end household linen produced ethically and ecologically accessible to the majority of people, by shaking up the market with a strategy of direct sales via its own e-shop and with price transparency that is unique in the world. 🌱 Kalani is a young Belgian scale-up that already sells in more than 12 European countries and has a very big development potential! 🚀
💻 Your main tasks as a Communication Officer:
You manage social networks and content creation (Community management, post publication strategy, REELS, stories, replies or forwarding of messages/questions, management/organization of collaborations, etc.)
You are one of the privileged interlocutors for the management of influencers
You write and publish content for SEO/AEO (blog articles and e-store)
You participate in the creation of text and visual advertising content
You manage the photo / video bank
You do light graphic design (creation and updating of artworks, labels, website logos, layouts, ads, ...)
You participate in the preparation, writing, and planning of newsletters
You will participate in the organization and coordination of photo-shoots
You will participate in the continuous improvement of the look and feel of the e-store
You occasionally participate in events (e.g. trade fairs, trainings, conferences, etc.)
You are committed to instilling the values and sustainability commitments of the company and the brand in the partners
You will participate in the daily and operational life of the scale-up
Profile
Experience in Communication required (minimum 2-5 years) 📣
Knowledge of graphic design and editing tools such as: Canva, CapCut, Illustrator, inDesign, Photoshop
Excellent oral and written command (spelling and syntax) of French, good command of Dutch and English
Fluency with common computer tools (emails, Word, Excel, etc.)
Good adaptability to the use of CRM and e-commerce CMS software
Experience in e-commerce and Digital Marketing is a plus
Autonomy, initiative and flexibility
