Job description
Les Petits Riens carries out social economy activities in the recovery, recovery and resale of everyday goods. These activities are platforms for socio-professional integration for workers under contract/agreement such as Article 60, CAP, First, volunteers and service providers. The non-profit organisation has a socio-professional integration policy aimed at developing a skills acquisition plan for each employee in the integration process with a view to building his or her professional project. 🧡
The Socio-Professional Integration Service (ISP) coordinates the implementation of this policy with the help of department managers, including sorting workshops, stores, logistics and central services. The ISP team consists of 5 workers and a coordinator. Each companion is responsible for accompanying about sixty people in separate departments.
To complete the ISP team, Les Petits Riens hires an Integration Coach for the logistical and administrative services – Start of ASAP 🚀 contract
✨ Mission
By joining the "ISP" team, you will work under the guidance of the ISP Coordinator. Your mission is based on the following objectives:
Recruit and select employees in ISP in order to meet the needs in terms of staff, both in quantity and quality of stores, workshops and services.
To support each employee in ISP so that he or she benefits from a rewarding and formative activity with a view to sustainable socio-professional integration.
👉 Tasks
Your main tasks are:
Identify the human resources needs within each team.
Recruit and select candidates according to the profiles sought.
Carry out administrative procedures in collaboration with the organizations concerned.
Support and follow employees in the construction of their professional project and accompany them in their integration process within Les Petits Riens.
Actively participate in the various team meetings and represent PSI to our external partners.
Profile
To achieve the challenges of this function:
You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree and/or have useful experience in the support sector. 🎓
You have an ability to listen actively, empathize and have a strong social fibre.
You enjoy working in a multicultural and dynamic environment. 🤗
You have a good ability to adapt to change and unforeseen events.
You like to work independently, in a team and in a network.
You have a good control of your emotions as well as a skill in mediation and conflict management.
You demonstrate excellent writing, organizational and communication skills. 👌
You are proficient in the IT tools of the Office 365 pack and administrative tasks do not scare you
You have a perfect command of French.
In order to provide the back-up of the person in charge of our regional stores, including in Flanders, the following points are assets :
Mastery of Dutch
Possession of a B licence
