Today, we are looking for a Marketing Communication specialist (80% - fixed-term contract) to strengthen our team in Brussels.

👉 How will you make a difference

As a member of an international team of Content and Marketing Communication Specialists, you have conceptual and operational responsibility for the local roll-out of communication projects, in line with the Group's content and communication strategy.

• You will contribute to and advise the group's communication projects initiated by the Content & Communication specialist teamlead, the CX lead or the brand manager.

• You develop content and assets (digital and non-digital) for the appropriate channel for our customers and prospects, ensuring that it is in line with brand guidelines.

• You contribute and advise on the design of local communication campaigns in close collaboration with local Segment Marketeers, as well as content specialists and digital growth specialists. In particular, you will contribute to the creation and enrichment of different customer journeys with adapted or tailor-made content.

• You lead all the preparation and execution of local communication programs for digital and non-digital communication channels (e.g., email, web, social media, video, print, podcast, messages, events). This includes overseeing the final content, translating and layout, as well as requesting database selections, advising on setting up e-newsletters, mapping the customer journey, writing reports and conclusions.

• You contribute to the preparation of data and the analysis of reports on the performance of marketing communication and provide suggestions for improvement where necessary.

• You support the execution of market research, such as those that could identify industry trends or marketing opportunities.

You are responsible for the day-to-day management of the relationship with sellers. You are the first point of contact for all local suppliers involved in setting up marketing campaigns, graphic design, paper printing and postal delivery, translation, etc.

🤝 Who will you be working with?

From an organizational perspective, you are a member of the international team of content and marketing communications specialists. From a conceptual/operational point of view, you contribute to group-level communication campaigns and activities under the supervision of the team leader to whom you report. At the local level, you remain a critical link between industry marketers, content specialists, and digital growth specialists for all local marketing communications projects.

• You are an expert in customer communication and strive to reach the hearts and heads of existing and potential customers. You are constantly thinking about the effect this communication could have on you as a customer/prospect/reader.

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in communications or equivalent experience (min. 5 years).

• You are an experienced content creator who knows how to write texts or develop other forms of content that lead to conversion.

• You have an in-depth knowledge of the dynamics of the different communication channels (media mix) and their distinction in terms of content characteristics/requirements and individual impact. Within these channels, you know how to present the Triodos story in a commercial way.

• You are a results-oriented professional who can manage several communication projects simultaneously and work independently.

• You have a thorough knowledge of Dutch (editorial) and an advanced knowledge of English and French.
