Today, we are looking for a Digital Growth Specialist to join our team in Brussels.
👉 How will you make a difference
You will help us with 'finance change to change finance', translating business objectives into effective campaigns, emailflows and onsite funnels. You will work closely with Brand & Identity to strengthen our brand and be a driver of change to improve the customer experience on our platforms.
You immerse yourself in campaigns (SEA, Social, display) and look for opportunities to attract more new customers to our platform. 💻
You will work together as part of the multidisciplinary team to improve the customer journey and help customers understand our service and make the best choice based on their needs.
You get the big picture, but you also dive into the CMS to make the necessary changes.
You set up automated email flows (selligent) that help customers feel in control and make decisions based on new developments.
In addition to your core business,
You manage your stakeholders independently.
You share your knowledge and experience with our international community.
You take the initiative to increase your impact.
🤝 Who will you be working with?
You will report directly to the Digital Growth Lead Team and work closely with your local and international colleagues. You will have local goals but you will work as part of an agile team and be in contact with the international community on the strategic way of working. The Digital Growth team currently consists of eight specialists, spread across four countries (BE, DE, ES, NL).

🙌 In addition, you are expected to have:
4 years of relevant experience as a digital marketer
Proven experience with digital platforms and tools such as CMS, admanagers and analytics
an excellent command of French or Dutch and a good command of English and the second national language.
