Optimy is looking for a commercially minded Senior Marketing Communication Expert who's result driven and eager to take on more management responsibilities over time to join our Marketing team in Brussels, Belgium.
💻 Responsibilities
Our Marketing Communications Expert will develop effective top-of-funnel, mid-of-funnel and bottom-of-funnel messaging to engage, educate, and persuade prospects and customers.
He/she will develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and optimally leverage our online communication channels to drive demand for the Optimy solutions.
Responsibilities include content creation (incl. rich media) and localization, email marketing & nurturing, webinar organization, campaign management & execution, commercial copywriting, website & social media management.
Develop, execute, and report on integrated marketing campaigns to drive leads and pipeline opportunities in our ICP, including product launches and webinars.
Manage email marketing, segmentation, and build nurturing tracks focused on ICP. 📧
Create, optimize, and manage web content with SEO best practices; oversee the Optimy website and social media channels.
Promote customer successes (case studies, podcasts, blogs, video interviews) to drive referrals and positive reviews on directories (Capterra, GetApp, G2).
Repurpose and curate Optimy and third-party content; regularly post and leverage blog articles to drive account engagement.
Maintain the Optimy brand book and ensure consistent use across all channels.
Collaborate with Revenue Operations for lead qualification, assignment, and follow-up.
Coach and mentor other marketing team members. 💪
Profile
Background
Minimum 3 years of marketing communication and/or lead generation experience
Proven B2B commercial copywriting skills
Strong campaign management skills
Skilled in blogging and content marketing
Required Skills
Solid understanding of on-page SEO best practices for web content
Proficient in CRM/MAP systems, preferably HubSpot
Experienced with web content management systems, preferably Webflow
Familiar with A/B testing
Able to run reports in Google Analytics 📈
Proficient with presentation software (Google Slides, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong organizational and time management abilities; effective in fast-paced environments
Analytical thinker with curiosity and openness to learning and testing new tactics
Collaborative team player with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks independently
Your are fluent in English
Desired Skills
PR: writing and promotion
Social media marketing
Digital design skills are a plus
ABM experience
Digital marketing & paid advertising experience is a plus
Practical Information
Hybrid model: you can work from home up to 3 days per week
