Job description

As a Facility - Building Employee in the Facility Department of Partenamut, you will be responsible for monitoring the technical maintenance of buildings and agencies in the Brussels and Walloon Brabant area.

On a daily basis:

  • You will carry out all types of small fitting, construction or maintenance work in the company's premises, buildings and agencies. 

  • You will ensure the preventive and corrective maintenance of certain equipment (HVAC installations, electricity, plumbing (sanitary),...).

  • You will take care of deliveries, removals and the installation of goods, equipment and/or furniture in the various premises.

  • You prospect local companies in order to outsource certain work and equipment maintenance.

  • You will write the specifications relating to the work as well as the comparisons of offers.

  • You will ensure the follow-up of maintenance work and work carried out by external companies.

Profile

  • You have a BA4 certificate (Electrical Risks for Informed People) or are ready to train to obtain it.

  • You are flexible and ready to intervene outside of the usual working hours (evenings, nights, weekends and holidays) in an exceptional way.

  • You have a B licence.

  • You have a general, technical or professional CESS.

  • You have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar position (facility management) or equivalent by experience (experience in the construction industry, etc.).

  • You have a sense of responsibility, communication and organization.

  • You are proficient in common computer tools (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, etc.).
