As a lawyer in the "Litigation and Recovery" department, your responsibilities are:
You mainly follow high-impact cases related to the subrogation action of the mutual insurance company against the person responsible for an accident affecting our members.
You pass on legal information and advice to case managers.
You participate in negotiations with opposing parties in complex accident cases.
You will train case managers on legal issues.
You have an impact on the improvement of work processes
You actively participate in working groups or meetings related to your expertise
You will ensure a precise legal watch
Profile
You have a Master's degree in law
You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position or at the Bar
You have experience in assessing personal injury
You have a perfect command of French and a good knowledge of Dutch (Selor level B1)
You are a dynamic, determined and rigorous person
You are proactive and can work independently while being a good team player
You want to invest in the long term
