Job description

As an External Communications Officer, you will ensure the production of messages and communication materials for the company's products and services through the channels identified in the communication plan.

More concretely, you:

  • Advise the departments of the company requesting communication to ensure the consistency and adequacy of these media with the company's objectives and charter.

  • Ensure quality control of all external communications made by the company.

  • Analyze campaigns, measure their impact, and suggest areas for improvement.

  • Ensure the daily management of tasks such as monitoring the editorial calendar, creating content and promotional and/or informational materials , monitoring the editorial schedule.

  • Coordinate the updating of web materials with the copywriters and integrator and offline materials with the graphic designer and printers.

  • Meet deadlines and ensure that deliverables are in line with initial objectives.

  • Manage all internal and external contacts (suppliers, ...) related to your projects and budget monitoring.

  • You have a solid knowledge of communication, new technologies and digital
