Job description

As an ATO manager , you are responsible for the Agile Transformation Office, a catalyst for transformation that promotes the adoption of an agile culture and practices within the company. The activities of this center of expertise are organized around 3 areas of activity: portfolio and program management, deployment and support of agility, change management.

The mission of this center of excellence is to  design and deploy the reference framework for these areas of activity as well as the processes and practices in order to support Partenamut's teams in the realization and implementation of its strategy.

You report directly to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DGA) of Partenamut.

Your main responsibilities as Manager of the ATO (Agile Transformation Office) department

3 levels of responsibility: 

1. Deploying agile practices

  • You will develop with stakeholders a global strategy for the deployment of agile practices that improves value creation and achieves Partenamut's strategy.

  • You deploy and anchor agile practices, postures and processes in collaboration modes that offer added value.

  • You will ensure a plan for the development of agile skills within the company.

  • You will guide Partenamut's executive committee in identifying the changes to be implemented within the company to continuously evolve the modes of collaboration.

  • You support the executive committee in the assimilation and application of agile practices, allowing you to be in line with the changes disseminated in the company.

2. Portfolio & Program Management

  • You will set up and bring to life the governance, processes and tools that allow for the informed and effective management of initiatives in the company.

  • You ensure the alignment of projects/initiatives with the overall strategic objectives of the organization.

  • You align project management methods and dynamics with the organization's growing maturity in terms of agility.

  • You support stakeholders by providing them with an adapted methodology and standards, as well as the appropriate training systems.

3. Change Management

  • You identify organizational needs and change management terms and respond to them appropriately by defining an integrated plan of change initiatives including impact assessments, risk mitigation, etc.

  • You deploy the right skills and organization in change management to support initiatives that require it.

  • You will ensure alignment of stakeholders (HR, Internal Communication, etc.) to enable an integrated change management approach. 

Profile

  • You have at least 10 years of significant experience in consulting and leading agility adoption projects in medium to large companies.

  • Your level of study corresponds to a Master's degree or equivalent level per experience.

  • You have significant experience in supporting an executive committee in relation to the challenges of a transformation.

  • You have proven experience in managing a service provider.

  • You have a solid understanding of agile methodologies, frameworks, and associated tools.

  • You have significant communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.

  • You have the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, influence decisions at the executive level,  and manage external partners.

  • You have a mastery of change management and project management techniques.

  • You have an agile certification such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM). Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or equivalent is an asset.

  • Ideally, you have a passive understanding of Dutch. 

  • You like to navigate changing and uncertain situations.

  • You have a good resistance to stress, you like to be challenged in your opinions.

  • You have a strong ability to make decisions but you also know how to question yourself

  • You are very autonomous and assertive. You know how to assert yourself with empathy. 

  • You are a people manager and you are a visionary
