Job description

At the Clinics, the safety and well-being of employees is a top priority. We are looking for a Prevention Advisor specialized in Ergonomics to strengthen our team and contribute to our safety policy. This position is offered on a part-time fixed-term contract (50%).

Your missions:

  • Risk Analysis : You will be our expert in carrying out workplace and risk analyses, at the request of our chief prevention advisor, the hierarchy, the occupational physician or even the employees themselves. Your assessments will take into account biomechanical and environmental factors (light, noise, temperature, air quality).

  • Facilitation of Working Groups : You will lead collaborative sessions with employees and line managers to find practical and tailor-made improvements for everyone's daily life.

  • Ergonomics Consulting : You will be the referent for all topics related to ergonomics, providing sound advice to both employees and management.

  • Collaboration with the Technical Department : You will be involved from the design phase of projects to integrate the best ergonomic practices.

  • Action Monitoring : You will follow up on the corrective actions implemented following your interventions, thus guaranteeing sustainable improvements.

  • Occupational Accident Analysis : Your expertise will be invaluable in analyzing occupational accidents and integrating ergonomic perspectives into reports and recommendations.

  • Ergonomic Projects : You will contribute to various projects where your expertise in ergonomics will be essential to optimize the well-being of employees.

  • Participation in Prevention Committees : You will be involved in prevention committees as needed, bringing your expertise.

  • Regulatory and Documentary Monitoring : You will remain at the forefront of regulatory and documentary developments in terms of ergonomics, so that our institution always remains compliant and up-to-date.

    The S.E.P.P.T. (External Service for Prevention and Protection at Work): You will work closely with this essential and mandatory partner for our prevention policy.

    Clinic Service Managers : You will interact with them regularly to address all questions related to well-being at work.

Profile

Qualifications and experience required:

  • Formation: You have training that meets the legal requirements to carry out the position.

  • Specialization in Ergonomics: Specialized training in ergonomics is strongly desired.

  • Continuing education: You regularly follow additional training in ergonomics related to the activity of the clinics.

  • Organization and Planning: You have strong organizational and planning skills.

  • Office automation: You are proficient in office automation software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and are comfortable with computer tools specific to the business.

  • Languages: A working knowledge of Dutch and technical English is an advantage.

Interpersonal skills

  • Listening and Observation: You have good listening, observation and analytical skills.

  • Dialogue: You are able to engage effectively with the social partners, management and employees.
