Do you want to have a concrete impact on each patient's journey? As a PSH Manager (M/F/X), you will play an essential role in the planning of hospital stays by working closely with the medical, nursing and administrative teams.

Your missions:

Organization of stays 📅: You plan each stage of the stay by contacting patients, setting dates for interventions, check-ups and pre/post-hospitalization appointments, and reserving the necessary beds.
Cross-functional 🤝 management: With your team, you will take charge of the telephone reception and optimal integration of unscheduled cases for smooth management.
Optimal 🌈 patient experience: Thanks to you, each patient benefits from careful care, quality information and a simplified hospital pathway.
Intervention 🛠️ management: You optimize the programming for the surgical and medico-technical departments, thus contributing to an efficient and responsive organization.
Compliance ✔️: You ensure the legality of procedures and the rigour of the information communicated to patients.

Specificities of the position:

Schedule : 7:36 a.m./day, in a floating schedule from Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.
Contract : 6-month full-time fixed-term contract.

Profile

Qualifications and experience required:

You hold a bachelor's degree in all possible 🎓 orientations
You are proficient in computer tools and coding in an ERP
You are fluent in Dutch
You have experience in administrative management in a medical environment
