The legal department is an essential pillar of the Clinics, ensuring that its interests are protected and its activities secured while ensuring compliance with the law. ⚖️ As a true strategic partner, he offers expert advice, constant support, and shares his legal expertise with all departments.

As a legal manager, you will play a key role in:

  • Managing and monitoring contracts and amendments

  • Providing quality legal and administrative assistance

  • Contributing to the careful preparation of files 📚

  • Drafting relevant and accurate legal opinions

  • Conducting in-depth 🔍 legal research

  • Actively collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders

  • Keeping up to date with the latest developments in Belgian, European and international regulations

This position is open on a 50% permanent basis.

Profile

Qualifications and experience required :

  • You have a bachelor's degree in law 🎓

  • You have a good command of English

Essential skills :

  • You have excellent planning and organizational skills

  • You know how to negotiate with confidence 🤝

  • You analyze situations with discernment and make informed decisions

  • You are flexible in the face of changes and adapt quickly to new situations or tools

  • You express yourself clearly, both orally and in writing, and know how to adapt your communication style to different interlocutors

  • You pay attention to the small details, which allows you to avoid mistakes and ensure accuracy in your work

Assets :

  • You have knowledge of medical law, hospital law, contract law or other health-related 🏥 areas
