Job description
As a UX Team Leader, you lead the team responsible for designing and implementing the company's User Experience ("UX") vision. You work to improve the visuals and ergonomics of digital interfacesusing user-centric methods, with the aim of supporting the company's digital strategy and improving the customer experience. This position requires a balance between human management and active participation in projects, ensuring that the UX team contributes effectively to the company's overall strategy while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
On a daily basis:
Team management (about 50% of the time):
Team development : You promote the development of the team and each employee.
Accountability and commitment : You ensure that team commitments are met and you encourage a culture of accountability.
Administrative management : You manage administrative tasks such as leave and sick leave.
Communication : You encourage top-down and bottom-up communication for better cohesion and transparency within the team.
Participation in UX projects (about 50% of the time):
Project support : You support the team in its research and design projects, ensuring the quality of the deliverables.
Expertise : You act as an expert or referent in your field to guide and inspire the team.
Cross-functional integration : You promote collaboration between different teams and departments for an integrated UX approach.
Continuous improvement : You are committed to the continuous improvement of UX processes and practices.
Performance control : You monitor and improve the team's performance, ensuring that goals are met.
Strategic planning : You contribute to the strategic planning of the company by integrating a UX perspective.
Profile
You have an in-depth knowledge of the technologies of the digital world. Your level of training or equivalent by experience: Master's degree.
You demonstrate leadership skills that allow you to federate and manage your team as well as stakeholders. You are diplomatic, have a strong sense of communication and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
You ensure the quality and relevance of the analyses performed by the team, ensuring that they meet the needs of internal stakeholders and contribute to the optimization of business processes.
You have participated in projects in the digital field involving user interfaces. Experience with the Agile method is an asset.
You have an outstanding customer focus , you are results-oriented and pragmatic.
You are a driver of change and it motivates you.
You have a good affinity with IT and you understand the dynamics in which collaboration with the IT department must take place.
You are fluent in French and ideally have a good level of English and/or Dutch.
