Job description

📝 Your responsibilities as a validation/indexing collaborator:

  • You encode all customer data on documents, document types, customer and service provider identification data, as well as the appropriate bills of materials and amounts depending on the benefits.

  • You check the validity of the format of the health care certificates that are eligible for reimbursement and the documents related to the management of client files.

  • You validate complete documents and reject incomplete documents in order to generate, through the computer system, a communication to the customer.

  • You ensure that documents are sent to the appropriate management department. 📩

  • You will search databases to fill in missing information in electronic documents. 🔎

  • You make payments to customers for documents that are rejected because of illegible customer and provider identification data.

  • You will follow up on tasks for the validation department following customer complaints or specific requests from another department or a customer.

Profile

  • You have a secondary school diploma.

  • A first experience in an administrative function is an asset.

  • You are interested in the healthcare sector and can demonstrate this interest. 🩺

  • You have good administrative skills.

  • You are meticulous and rigorous. 👌

  • You can express yourself easily in French , both orally and in writing.

  • You are customer-oriented and problem-solving.
