Job description
As a Healthcare Manager within the Member Payments team in Liège, you will be required to:
In the context of compulsory and supplementary insurance, process requests for intervention in order to proceed with reimbursement in compliance with regulations and statutes.
To ensure contact with customers, provide them with detailed information and advise them on their various questions or needs through all communication 🗣 channels
To take care of the service requests submitted via different channels, to analyse these requests in order to determine whether a refund or intervention is possible and to search for additional information if necessary in order to ensure a single contact with the customer
Control the calculations of health care intervention or carry out these calculations according to the type of request, the client's complete file in compliance with the regulations of the Health and Disability Insurance and the statutes of the mutual fund
Update the customer's banking and identification data in their file 📝
Respond in a timely manner to internally identified complaints and complaints submitted to the Office de Contrôle des Mutualités (OCM)
Create and transfer the reason for the dispute to the service of the same name
Ensure the flow of response to the internal or external customer regarding service rejections , lack of information/documents in the file or requests for additional information
Profile
You have at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent by experience 🎓
You have a strong customer focus, demonstrating your ability to understand and respond to customer needs while respecting the rules and procedures in force.
Your ability to work in a team is undeniable, promoting cohesion and openness to the ideas of others. 🤝
You have a strong sense of quality and are change-oriented, able to adapt quickly to changes in the industry.
Your analytical skills are sharp, allowing you to efficiently process requests and rigorously follow procedures, while ensuring optimal customer service.

Knowledge of Dutch and/or English is an asset.
