
Medical Manager Healthcare
Job description
As a Medical Healthcare Manager, your mission is to complete the procedures for medical approval requests in order to open the right to reimbursement of health care.
✨ On a daily basis as a Medical Care Manager:
You will analyse and check the authenticity of the criteria/documents that may give rise to the right to a medical agreement within the framework of compulsory health insurance.
You will be looking for additional information in existing files or databases and, if necessary, contacting customers, doctors/third parties to request additional information or missing documents. 🔎
You give an agreement or a refusal of a medical agreement depending on the matters that may be the subject of a delegation of the medical advisers or prepare and submit/follow up on requests to the medical advisers to obtain their decision.
You detect medico-social situations that require special attention for more personalized help/support to the customer and guide the customer internally if necessary.
You will follow up on customer complaints in compliance with regulatory conditions in order to avoid financial penalties
You communicate the decisions of the department or the doctors via all channels and ensure the permanence to answer the various questions of the customers.
Profile
You have at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience. 🎓
You have a strong customer focus, demonstrating your ability to understand and respond to customer needs while respecting the rules and procedures in force.
Your ability to work in a team is undeniable, promoting cohesion and openness to the ideas of others.
You have a strong sense of quality and are change-oriented, able to adapt quickly to changes in the industry. 🤝
Your analytical and reasoning skills, allowing you to efficiently process requests and rigorously follow procedures, while ensuring optimal customer service.
Your proactive attitude and commitment are the driving forces behind your professional approach, contributing to customer satisfaction and the group's success in managing daily challenges.
Knowledge of Dutch and/or English is an asset.
