Job description
As a Logistics Facility Employee, you will be in charge of various missions related to the logistics management and the smooth running of Partenamut de Mons' services. 🤝✨
👌 On a daily basis:
You manage mail and parcels : collecting, sorting and distributing mail and small parcels, as well as managing large parcels requiring temporary storage.
You manage the equipment : maintenance and supply of coffee machines, drink/snack machines, dishwashers and printers.
You manage the meeting rooms : daily check of the order and availability of the equipment.
You are in charge of reception and orientation : referral of visitors and external partners in the building. 🤗
You manage the lockers : assign and track lockers for employees.
You manage deliveries and stocks : receipt and storage of ordered supplies. 📦
You use computer tools : mastery of office software for the management of requests and orders.
You will occasionally be required to contribute to light maintenance, fitting out and installing equipment on the premises and you may also assist in the follow-up of the interventions carried out by your colleague in the Building Facility department and external service providers.
Profile
You have a good command of common computer tools (word processing, spreadsheet, messaging). 💻
You know how to carry out checks and small interventions on equipment (coffee machines, printers, dishwashers, etc.).
You are rigorous in the management of mail, deliveries and stocks. 📫
You are responsive to meet the needs of the various departments.
You are comfortable in interacting with your direct colleague, Partenamut employees and external partners.
You know how to guide and support applicants for various logistical requests.
You are able to occasionally carry out small development and maintenance work.
You are able to monitor and coordinate the interventions of external service providers.
