Today, we are looking for a Payments & Investments Co-worker to join our Brussels team.

How you'll make a difference:

You will ensure that clients have an excellent client experience by correctly and in a timely manner executing buy and sell orders for investment products as well as domestic and international payments;
You will be in contact with customers via email, chat, and phone ;
You will monitor deposits, payments and reinvestments in term deposit accounts;
You take care of closing accounts ;
You prepare certificates for customers and auditors ;
You carry out checks ;
You keep systems and archives up to date ;
You consult with the sales teams and other departments.

You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and French and you have a good knowledge of English.
You work precisely, organized and efficiently. You like to work with data and have an eye for detail.
You learn quickly and enthusiastically. You have a bachelor's degree (or master's degree), or you have experience in a similar position.
You are customer-oriented and like to work in a team.
You have an interest in financial products and/or the motivation to learn more about banking services.
You are responsible and have integrity.

Who you will be working with:

You will report directly to the Operations Expertise Teamlead. The Payments & Investments team consists of 5 people.
