Today, we are looking for a colleague with extensive experience in Private Banking to join our team on a permanent contract. ✨

Your main tasks as Senior Relationship Manager - Personal & Private Banking (East and West Flanders):

You will support clients in all matters relating to Triodos Bank's savings and investment products, whether they are individuals, organisations or public authorities.
You build a long-term relationship of trust with customers and are their direct contact person within the bank.
You detect business opportunities and turn them into sales, attracting new customers. In this way, you contribute to the further expansion of Triodos Bank in the Belgian market.
You will represent Triodos Bank at events for specific target groups, sometimes in the evening and at weekends.

To succeed in this position:

You have a bachelor's or master's degree and relevant professional experience in the field of Private Banking.
You are customer-oriented, easily make contacts and identify sales opportunities professionally.
You are stress-resistant, precise and efficient and you are able to manage several files at the same time and bring them to completion.
You work independently and show initiative.
You also work in a team; Team spirit is very important. As a senior colleague, you will also be happy to guide other colleagues and answer their questions in a coaching role.
You have an excellent level of Dutch to prospect and follow your Dutch-speaking customers and a good knowledge of French and English.
You are interested in the areas in which Triodos Bank is active.
You will be able to receive customers in Triodos' offices as well as visit them at home; A driver's license is therefore essential. 🚗

Who will you be working with?

You will report directly to your Team Lead and work together with the 10-person Personal & Private Banking team.
