Senior Relationship Manager Investment

In order to develop our portfolio of savers and investors, we are looking for a colleague with experience in Private Banking.

As Senior Relationship Manager Investment, you will join the Business Banking department which serves Triodos' professional clients in Belgium. We are at the forefront of ethical banking and global impact investing , and we need people like you to make a difference.

• You support clients in all matters relating to Triodos Bank's savings and investment products, whether they are companies, organisations or public authorities.

• You establish a long-term relationship of trust with customers and you are their direct contact within the bank.

• You detect business opportunities and turn them into sales, attracting new customers. In this way, you contribute to the further expansion of Triodos Bank in the Belgian market.

• You will represent Triodos Bank at events for specific target groups, sometimes in the evening and at weekends.

This function reports to the Head of Business Banking.

• You have a master's degree and relevant professional experience in the field of Private Banking.

• You are customer-oriented, easily make contacts and identify sales opportunities in a professional manner. Prospecting is a task that inspires you and does not scare you.

• You are co-responsible for the development and implementation of the business banking department's financial strategy and objectives.

• You are stress-resistant, precise and efficient and you are able to manage several files at the same time and bring them to completion.

• You are a positive person for whom failure (for example of prospecting) is an opportunity to learn and progress.

• You work independently and show initiative.

• You have an excellent level of Dutch or French to prospect and follow up with your customers and a good knowledge of the other national language and English.

• You are interested in the areas in which Triodos Bank is active.

• You will be able to receive customers in Triodos' offices as well as visit them at home; A driver's license is therefore essential.

You also work in a team :

• You will be happy to guide the Impact Relationship Managers within Business Banking on savings and investments.

• You will actively collaborate with your fellow Investment Relationship Managers in the Personal & Private Banking sales department.
