Job description
As a hospital pharmacist in the "Pharmaceutical Care" department of the Pharmacy Department, you are responsible for the following responsibilities:
You will participate in the development and proper functioning of the activities of the Pharmaceutical Care Department
You contribute to the reflection on the continuous improvement of the safety of the medication circuit
You participate in the delivery of medicines
You will participate in the development of the pharmacological validation system for treatments and clinical pharmacy
You collaborate with the medical profession and the nursing department to ensure the continuous improvement of the quality of care
You will participate in multidisciplinary working groups and committees
You participate in the training of your employees and students
You participate in the on-call rolls

Hours between 7 am and 6 pm depending on the needs of the service
Pharmacy : on-site presence on average 1 week out of 10
Profile
You have a pharmacist's diploma supplemented by an additional master's degree in hospital pharmacy
You hold a hospital pharmacist's certificate of approval issued by the FPS Public Health
Experience in the field of hospital pharmacy and clinical pharmacy is an asset
You have good knowledge of computer science and scientific information research
You are dynamic, flexible, open, autonomous, and you are a team player
You have a sense of organization, team management, rigor, method and analytical and synthesis skills
You have easy contact with both nursing staff and ambulant patients
You have a sense of responsibility
You have the human qualities to integrate and participate in a multidisciplinary team
