Job description

As an Administrative Assistant, you are in charge of managing orders and invoices, as well as receiving and sending letters from the department and keeping the contract renewal schedule.

📝 On a daily basis: 

  • You will receive the order requests and check their validity and admissibility.

  • You create, encode and send purchase orders in the accounting tool.

  • You create, encode and send invoicing requests in the accounting tool.

  • You receive and process the declarations of receivables and invoices related to an order.

  • You maintain written and oral contact with suppliers and internal customers.

  • You draw up an annual report on orders.
