
Business Process Analyst
Job description
As a Business Process Analyst, you will join a collaborative and supportive team, you will participate in the modeling of existing processes (As-Is), the identification of improvement opportunities and the definition of target processes (To-Be). Your analytical skills and structured approach will translate these developments into concrete solutions for the business and delivery teams. 🚀
💼 On a daily basis:
You facilitate discussion sessions with stakeholders to capture the issues, detect the problems to be solved and explore avenues for optimization.
You will analyse and model existing processes (As-Is) and identify opportunities for improvement in line with Partenamut's strategy (including synergies with Helan).
You define and document the target processes (To-Be) according to standard methodologies (BPMN, Case Management, etc.), taking into account preconditions, postconditions, alternatives and exceptions.
You translate processes into user stories to feed development teams and ensure efficient implementation.
You describe the framework for the execution of the process (security, performance, reliability, monitoring, etc.).
You report your analyses and recommendations in a clear and structured way to the Product Owner, who is responsible for the final decisions.
Profile
🎓 Mandatory criteria:
You have a minimum of 2 years' experience in Business Analysis and master the associated tools/methods (Excel, BPMN, impact analysis).
👉 Your profile as a Business Process Analyst:
You have excellent listening, communication and interpretation of business needs.
You demonstrate rigor, structuring and a developed spirit of synthesis .
You are able to lead workshops and foster cross-departmental collaboration.
You are customer-oriented and know how to align processes with strategic objectives.
You are fluent in French and have a good knowledge of Dutch and/or English (oral and written).
