Job description
As a Pricing Manager, you encode claims and claims for reimbursement in the context of group or individual hospitalisation insurance.
On a daily basis, you:
Encode policyholders' claims within the agreed processing times, according to the terms of the Plan, based on the available procedures.
Encode claims using the correct rate codes and provide enough detail to make them clear to both the insured and colleagues.
Ensure that claims are completed correctly and contact policyholders or third parties if there is any missing information or to provide important information.
Respond to complex pricing emails from policyholders, HR departments, or agents.
Support colleagues in dealing with complex pricing issues.
Report any complaints or shortcomings in procedures to their manager, and send suggestions for improving certain processes.
Profile
The ideal Pricing Manager has:
at least the CESS (Certificate of Upper Secondary Education).
a first experience in administrative management or case management.
excellent command of French AND Dutch.
good detail-oriented and analytical skills.
a good team spirit and excellent organization.
