Job description
As a Digital Product Manager in the Matrix team, you will work closely with the Innovation, CX/UX and Digital teams to optimize and develop the existing digital value proposition. You engage customers in effective and differentiating management of their health, while designing new digital products according to a SAFe management system. You will work with a Product Owner to manage the backlog and mobilize your analytical, pedagogical and communication skills to support the teams in this evolution towards new types of products.
💻✨ On a daily basis :
You build a vision of digital products in the short and long term and implement them, while ensuring project management with a mastery of the principles of Agility and Scrum.
You will collaborate with Innovation, IT, digital channels, Sales & Marketing and operational departments to define the roadmap, track deliverables and manage the backlog of the products under your responsibility.
You oversee user research and testing, working closely with designers, developers, and customer insights teams throughout the process.
You identify and validate opportunities for new features or their optimization, and contribute to the writing of requirements, user stories, as well as the design, development and user acceptance testing phases.
You collaborate with Marketing to develop a differentiating positioning and impactful messages.
You will contribute to the development of the business model and the P&L of new product developments.
You will be fully responsible for the product cycle, from A to Z, by monitoring and evaluating performance to facilitate iterations and continuous improvement (Objectives, KPIs, Reporting).
You will participate in the construction and monitoring of digital solutions, ensuring strategic alignment and the integration of user feedback for maximum impact.
Profile
You have at least 5 years of experience in Digital Product Management, with experience in Project Management and intensive collaboration with the IT department and data services.
You have a background in Usability and Customer-focused design, with a passion for product development to solve customer and business frictions.
You have an excellent ability to mobilize data and knowledge of back-end and front-end languages.
You have strong financial and analytical skills to support decision-making.
You have excellent priority management, with effective negotiation and communication skills .
You have teaching skills to accompany and support the transformation within the teams.
You have experience in the healthcare sector (is an asset).
You have a strong ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve common goals.
You are motivated and enthusiastic about the idea of joining the Sales & Marketing team, a team of around 100 people who manage customer knowledge, offer development, marketing, communication and product distribution.
