Job description

As a " 1st line call agent " of the Care & Social Department, you are the department's 1st point of contact for the "Partenamut Shop". 

You listen, detect and reformulate the needs and requests of people wishing to place an order for equipment: you encode simple orders (rental and sale) and set appointments for deliveries. More complex requests will be forwarded to the experts.

Depending on the needs, it is possible that the competencies will be extended to " social, occupational therapy and convalescence" services.

On a daily basis: 

  • You are the customer entry point for the Care & Social department

  • You answer incoming calls in accordance with the company's values and the quality and productivity criteria of the service

  • You welcome and establish contact with the person and establish a climate of trust, with respect for the person and his or her situation.

  • You listen to and analyze the person's situation according to a synthetic global approach in order to:

    • Be able to quickly diagnose your needs 

    • Define the appropriate action to be taken for rapid care.

  • You comply with the rules of use and encoding of the various tools within the framework of the function.

Profile

  • You have a Bachelor's degree and/or valuable experience in a similar position.

  • You have an excellent knowledge of French. Knowledge of Dutch is an asset

  • You have excellent listening and communication skills (active listening, assertiveness, empathy, etc.).

  • You like contact by phone.

  • Learning complex subjects does not scare you. 

  • You are motivated by the fact that you are able to achieve both qualitative and quantitative objectives inherent to the position. 

  • You are resistant· e psychologically and physically to stress and pressure.

  • You have an analytical and synthetic mind. You are customer and solution oriented.
