As a management controller, you will be responsible for the administrative and financial management of your department. By centralizing information, you will ensure the accessibility of financial and organizational data, which is essential for its proper functioning.

Position open on a full-time permanent contract.

🎯 Your main missions:

Coordinate and develop budgets, for daily operations and investments, in close collaboration with the purchasing and biomedical teams.
Supervise the management of medical 💼 staff: supervision of the appointment and remuneration process.
Control and close the accounts : ensure the verification, correction and justification of accounting data.
Guarantee the completeness of the invoicing of medical acts and propose ways of improving to optimize processes.
Develop monitoring tools with the datawarehouse 📊 team to support medical services in achieving their objectives.
Collect the necessary data from the teams to fully contribute to the institution's mission.

Profile

Qualifications and experience required:

Master's degree in economics or equivalent, ideally complemented by relevant professional experience.

Autonomy and rigor : ability to work independently with precision.
Team spirit : collaborative, with a real sense of teamwork.
Interpersonal skills : at ease in communication, empathetic and enthusiastic.

Additional asset:

An additional master's degree or certificate in hospital management is a plus.
