
Health Advisor (FR/NL)
Job description
👉 As a health advisor, your mission includes the following tasks:
You establish contact with certain target audiences and establish a climate of trust, with respect for the person and his or her situation.
You detect needs around health-related themes and respond to them by offering internal and external assistance. 👩⚕️
You listen to and analyze the person's situation according to a global approach in order to:
to be able to make a quick diagnosis of your needs.
Define the appropriate action to be taken for rapid care.
You comply with the rules of use and encoding of the various tools within the framework of the function.
You proactively contact members (the so-called "vulnerable" population) via phone calls. 📞
In addition to telephone contacts, you offer proactive support via field missions and/or other channels.
You participate in the preparation and co-construction of missions and field actions
You will follow up on the needs identified by directing members to internal mutual services and/or the network of partners.
You will participate in workshops/actions/working groups by being a force for proposing new ideas for partnerships, services, and support for these populations.
Profile
You have a minimum of a high school diploma and at least two years of work experience . 🎓
You are fluent in French and Dutch, both orally and in writing.
You are particularly interested in prevention, screening campaigns and health topics and learning complex subjects does not scare you.
You are autonomous and are able to be proactive.
You value teamwork.
You have good management of your emotions and are comfortable with change.
You like to contact each other by phone and have excellent listening and communication skills (active listening, assertiveness, empathy, etc.).
You are psychologically and physically resistant to stress and pressure
You have an analytical and synthetic mind and are customer and solution oriented.
