
Care & Social Telephone Advisor
Job description
As a "Care & Social Teleadvisor" of the Care & Social Department, you are the 1st point of contact of the department for "social, occupational therapy, convalescence and for the Partenamut shop" services.
👉 On a daily basis:
You will first start with the themes of the Partenamut shop in order to familiarize yourself with the tools and the management of phone calls. Subsequently and according to needs, you will be trained in other subjects in order to become a generalist.
You listen, detect and reformulate the needs and requests of people with psychological, medical, social and/or administrative difficulties in order to translate their needs into relevant and effective actions for rapid and adequate care by the service concerned.
You enter simple orders (rental and sales) for the Partenamutshop and set appointments for deliveries.
You are the customer entry point for the Care & Social department.
You welcome and establish contact with the person and establish a climate of trust, with respect for the person and his or her situation. 🤗
You listen to and analyse the person's situation in order to be able to make a quick diagnosis of their needs related to the problems and themes covered by the Care & Social Department, defining the appropriate action to be taken.
You comply with the rules of use and encoding of the various tools within the framework of the function.
Profile
You have a Bachelor's degree and/or valuable experience in a similar position. 🎓
You have an excellent knowledge of French and knowledge of Dutch is an asset.
You like contact by phone and you have excellent listening and communication skills (active listening, assertiveness, empathy, etc.).
You are willing to learn complex subjects.
You are motivated by the fact that you are able to achieve both qualitative and quantitative objectives inherent to the position.
You are psychologically and physically resistant to stress and pressure.
You have an analytical and synthetic mind.
You are customer- and solution-oriented and you have a good team spirit.
