🌱 Context
The basic mission of the Marketing team is to generate the number of leads that the sales channels (Telesales, sales, agencies...) need to achieve Partenamut's growth objectives. To boost lead generation, we promote our core and insurance products and launch digital campaigns. In this way, we attract new customers and cross-sell to our existing customers.
In order to generate as many leads as possible for Partenamut's products and services, the campaign manager takes on a wide range of responsibilities and plays a key role within the team. He is responsible for planning, executing, optimizing and monitoring marketing campaigns.

Develop integrated and strategic marketing plans : design marketing strategies adapted to BtoC and BtoB (including Account-Based Marketing - ABM), insurance products and e-commerce, aligning actions with lead generation and online sales objectives.
Define multichannel campaign strategies : develop and execute digital, offline, and sectoral campaigns, according to the needs and specificities of the targets and markets (BtoB, BtoC, specific sector).
Segment and target audiences : Identify and analyze customer segments and define specific targets for each campaign, taking into account prospect profiles, behaviors, and insurance needs.
Define the budget of campaigns by optimizing the allocation of resources between different channels and maximizing ROI.
Collaborate with internal teams (communication, account manager, sales, product, etc.) and external agencies for the production of marketing material and marketing content, in compliance with brand guidelines and to optimize campaign performance.
Collaborate with the Event Manager to ensure the visibility and promotion of products and services at trade shows, conferences and events.
Create and execute social media marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Social Media Manager.
Implement real-time A/B testing and adjustments to improve campaign performance.
Deliver detailed campaign reports using common analytics tools (GA, Datastudio, Supermetrics, etc.) and present them in a clear and impactful format.
Profile
You have at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position (Campaign Manager, Campaign Planner, etc.). 💻
You have obtained a Bachelor's degree (Marketing or Communication orientation). 🎓
You have experience managing campaigns across various channels : email, social media, blogging. This is in order to be able to collaborate with the dedicated experts in-house and set up complete inbound campaigns. You have also already worked in the development of BtoB or e-commerce marketing strategies
You are proficient in analytical tools (GA4, Looker Studio) to interpret KPIs (traffic, conversion, engagement rate). You are also proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator for BtoB prospecting
You master the techniques and tools (Hotjar, VWO) of conversion rate optimization (CRO) including the analysis of user journeys, the development of hypotheses and avenues for improvement
You have knowledge of SEO & content marketing as well as SEA and marketing automation in order to develop actions in collaboration with the experts.
You have project management skills (Agile, Prince2...) 📝
You use AI regularly to optimize and automate tasks.
You have a good ability to prioritize tasks and are rigorous in monitoring projects.
You have an analytical mind (ability to identify optimization opportunities and propose solutions, ability to interpret complex data and translate it into concrete actions.)
You are curious and creative, 🎨 and you come up with innovative ideas to attract and engage users.
You have good written and oral communication skills (both in French and English) to collaborate with internal (IT, UX/UI, Copy, etc.) and external (service providers) teams.
Knowledge of the insurance or mutual sector is a plus
