Job description
Your mission as a Group Payment Allowance Manager is to take the necessary steps to ensure the correct granting of the replacement income and to ensure follow-up throughout the period of incapacity for work. You are the main point of contact between the various authorities and the customer in order to gather the information necessary for the verification of the data inherent in the calculation of the replacement income.
👉 On a daily basis:
You will analyse the client /employer or unemployment information sheets, the entire client file and the supporting documents as well as the client's insurability.
You encode all the data related to the information sheets and the client file. 📝
You contact and inform customers, employers, the unemployed or a third party in order to complete the missing information and documents.
You ensure and control the calculation of the amounts of compensation appropriate to the client's situation in accordance with the regulations of the Health and Disability Insurance in force.
You will make the payment and make the necessary adjustments to the customer allowances, taking into account the information received internally and externally.
You initiate litigation or regularization in customer files based on information received internally or externally.
You will liaise with the customer, provide them with detailed information and advise them on their various questions or needs through all communication channels.
Profile
You have at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent by experience 🎓
You have a strong customer focus, demonstrating your ability to understand and respond to customer needs while respecting the rules and procedures in force.
Your ability to work in a team is undeniable, promoting cohesion and openness to the ideas of others.
You have a strong sense of quality and are change-oriented, able to adapt quickly to changes in the industry.
Your analytical skills are sharp, allowing you to efficiently process requests and rigorously follow procedures, while ensuring optimal customer service.
Your proactive attitude and commitment are the drivers of your professional approach, contributing to customer satisfaction and the team's success in managing daily challenges.
Knowledge of Dutch and/or English is an asset.
