Sales Team Leader
Job description
As a Sales Team Manager, you coordinate the activities of a team of about 15 people, carrying out sales mainly within our agencies as well as via traditional remote channels (video calls, telephone, chat, etc.). You work closely with another team leader managing a similar team, and you organize and facilitate team meetings and performance dialogues. You will coach and motivate employees in order to lead them to achieve the department's objectives.
On a daily basis:
You participate in the implementation of the strategy in the field and break down strategic objectives into team objectives
You control performance by defining and monitoring key performance indicators for your team in order to manage its activities, and identify opportunities for progress by keeping the customer at the center of your thinking.
You manage your team and ensure its smooth running by setting up work processes, distributing work and planning technical, human and, if necessary, financial resources.
You help your employees grow by ensuring the development of their skills, in particular through a coaching and support approach, and by taking into account the needs or capacity for change of each person.
You unite your team by giving meaning to messages, by ensuring that company information is disseminated to your team and by ensuring that information is passed on from the field.
You integrate transversality by taking into account the needs and requests of other teams in your decisions and in your management.
You ensure continuous improvement by identifying concrete actions to promote/facilitate compliance with quality criteria in your team and by implementing control tools in order to adjust if necessary.
Profile
You have a higher education diploma at Bachelor's level or equivalent by experience.
You have at least 5 years of experience as a team leader.
You have experience defining, setting and tracking individual and team goals (KPIs and SLAs) and ensuring that you take the necessary actions to improve results.
You are customer and result oriented.
You have excellent communication skills in French (both written and oral) and you have a passive knowledge of English.
You have good interpersonal skills in order to federate, coach, motivate, reassure, and support your employees.
