Job description

👉 Your responsibilities as a Multi-Skilled HUB Employee: 

  • Control the quality of documents and/or rejections and add separators to ensure quality scanning

  • Carry out an initial manual sorting of the letters and documents received from the agencies and/or Bpost and carry out a second sorting according to the recipient, the nature of the document and the destination 📫

  • Prepare the sending of documents for scanning according to the lists from the validation and indexing program

  • To monitor the validity of the format of reimbursement health care certificates and documents related to the management of client records.

You have the opportunity to evolve (after a positive evaluation) into a versatile function that also includes, in addition to your current responsibilities mentioned above, a part of encoding customer data.

  • You are a French speaker and you have a passive knowledge and understanding of Dutch (when reading).

  • You are available to start working from 24 March 2025 and for the interview and selection day which will take place on 11 March 2025. 📆
