As a Third Party Administrator (TPA), we manage the group health policies (hospitalization and/or outpatient care) and guaranteed income that employers purchase for their staff by thoroughly checking reconciliations and premiums, processing claims files quickly, and performing in-depth analysis and reporting. As a Customer Care Associate, you answer policyholders' questions about the terms and conditions of group health insurance contracts, reimbursements and procedures by phone, e-mail or simple mail. 📞
👉 On a daily basis:
You are the first point of contact for all questions relating to the group health insurance contract.
You answer incoming calls (90% of your time) in compliance with quality and productivity criteria.
You analyze your customers ' requests and make sure to provide them with a complete response.
You contribute to customer satisfaction through your communication and are attentive to offering a personalized service by responding to customer demand.
Profile
You like customer contact and are attentive to customer satisfaction. 👌
You enjoy learning new subjects and have an interest in the insurance or healthcare industry.
You have an excellent command of French and Dutch (bilingualism required, C1 or C2 level required).
You are result-oriented in order to be as efficient as possible.
You are quality-oriented and provide reliable information.
You have an upper secondary school diploma with proven experience or a baccalaureate or equivalent professional experience.
