
Change & Transformation Officer
Job description
👉 Your responsibilities as a Change & Transformation Officer within the ATO (Agile Transformation Office) department:
Support, facilitate and lead Partenamut's cultural, organizational and strategic changes by developing change management strategies and concrete action plans.
Understand the organization's challenges, identify needs and propose improvements to enable it to achieve its transformation strategy.
Contribute to cultural evolution by aligning culture with strategic objectives.
Establish a partnership of trust with the teams, support and advise them in change management. 🤝
Measure change indicators, evaluate the effectiveness of the change management process, and prevent change saturation.
Participate in the development of the capacity for change within the organization and integrate this ability as a key element of its culture.
Monitor and identify innovative practices and tools to be used in order to remain relevant, innovative, efficient and consistent with Partenamut's vision and strategy and its transformation.
Profile
You have a Master's degree or equivalent by experience 🎓
You ideally have 5 years of experience in change management
Field experience with the ADKAR methodology is an asset
You have excellent communication 📣 skills
You have experience in facilitating/facilitating groups
You have the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Skills in coaching and/or training is a plus
Experience in project management is a plus
Knowledge or experience with an Agile methodology such as Scrum is a plus
Knowledge of Jira or other project management tools is a plus.
