As a Third Party Administrator (TPA), we manage the group health policies (hospitalization and/or outpatient care) and guaranteed income that employers purchase for their staff by thoroughly checking reconciliations and premiums, quickly processing claims files, and performing in-depth analysis and reporting. As an Administrative Intern at Medexel, you will process incoming mail and dispatch it to the right department.
On a daily basis:
You analyze incoming letters (paper, emails).
You assign the requests to the relevant department.
Depending on your interest in the position and your degree of autonomy, you may be assigned additional tasks .
Profile
You are training in an administrative orientation.
You are precise and have an eye for detail.
You are a French speaker with ideally a good (passive) knowledge of Dutch.
You are results-oriented, resourceful and enjoy working in a team.
