Job description
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor in the "Talent Acquisition" center of excellence of the HR department, you manage the entire selection process, from the analysis of the need to the integration of the employee, by implementing the recruitment strategy and coordinating all the selection tests.
✨ On a daily basis:
In collaboration with the management, you define the desired profile and determine the recruitment strategy and methods to be implemented.
You will manage all the selection stages : intake, writing job offers, screening applications, organizing and debriefing tests, selection interviews, organizing assessment centers, checking references, salary negotiation, etc.
You proactively search for suitable profiles via job boards (Jobat, StepStone) and other direct search techniques such as LinkedIn (hunting), social networks, etc. 🔎
You will support and advise managers throughout the selection process.
You are responsible for and ensure that the various stages of the recruitment process are respected and applied.
You will carry out all administrative tasks related to recruitment (coding, responding to requests from internal and external customers, pre-contract administrative follow-up).
You are the owner of one or more processes related to recruitment that you document, map, improve and update (as is, to be, etc.).
You will actively participate in our HR Squad with a view to the continuous improvement of our processes.
You act as a Project Manager for various recruitment-related projects. You take care of them from A to Z in a methodical way, follow up and monitor the results.
You will regularly control, analyse and interpret data relating to Talent Acquisition and draw up regular reports .
Profile
You are passionate· e by recruitment and the social interactions that result from it.
You have at least 5 years' experience (including a minimum of 3 years as an internal recruiter in a company) in recruitment, in particular of DATA, technical, operational specific profiles, as well as managerial profiles.
You are able to manage the entire recruitment process independently, while controlling your stress level.
You are familiar with the interpretation of psychotechnical tests.
You are proficient in the STAR interview technique.
You have excellent expertise in directly approaching candidates on LinkedIn.
You are empathetic, human· e, and quickly identify the different profiles in an objective and bias-free way. 🧡
You multitask , and working in an unpredictable environment doesn't scare you.
You are rigorous· SE and structured· e ; Working in a litigious environment with administrative tasks related to recruitment does not scare you.
Your customer and candidate orientation characterizes you. You put them at the center of your concerns.
You have experience in project and process management. 📝
You are digitally agile and comfortable with Outlook, Word, Excel, ATS, etc., and you adapt quickly to the use of these.
You are fluent in French with a very good knowledge of English (minimum B2), and knowledge of Dutch is an asset.
