Job description

Your responsibilities as a Multi-Skilled HUB Employee: 

  • Control the quality of documents and/or rejections and add separators to ensure quality scanning

  • Carry out an initial sorting of the letters and documents received from the agencies and/or Bpost and carry out a second sorting according to the recipient, the nature of the document and the destination

  • Prepare the sending of documents for scanning according to the lists from the validation and indexing program

  • Encode all customer data on documents, document types, customer and vendor identification data, as well as appropriate bills of materials and amounts based on benefits

  • To control the validity of the format of reimbursement health care certificates and documents related to the management of client records

  • Validate complete documents and reject incomplete documents in order to generate, through the computer system, a communication to the customer.

  • You are a French speaker and have a good understanding of Dutch.

  • You are available to start working from 21 October 2024.
