Job description

The HUB service is the service that manages the incoming documents of the health insurance fund. In this respect, he plays an essential role in the proper functioning of the mutuality's operations. Our two teams, sorting and indexing (50 people), are versatile and provide a fast and quality service in order to fulfill the expected missions. This bi-mut department (Helan & Partenamut) receives mail from more than 2.5 million members. 📩

The manager we are looking for will have to manage and support a team of +/- 25 employees.

👉 Your responsibilities:

  • You will participate in the implementation of the strategy in the field and break down strategic objectives into team objectives.

  • You control performance by defining and monitoring key performance indicators for your team in order to manage its activities, and identify opportunities for progress by keeping the customer at the center of your thinking.

  • You manage your team and ensure its smooth running by setting up work processes, distributing work and planning technical, human and, if necessary, financial resources.

  • You help your employees grow by ensuring the development of their skills, in particular through a coaching and support approach, and by taking into account the needs or capacity for change of each person. 🌟

  • You unite your team by giving meaning to messages, by ensuring that company information is disseminated to your team and by ensuring that information is passed on from the field.

  • You master your field by following regulatory, technological and/or technical developments, identifying/analysing the impacts on your team and, if necessary, participating in operational activities, particularly for more complex, sensitive aspects and/or customer reactions.

  • You integrate transversality by taking into account the needs and requests of other teams in your decisions and in your management.

  • You ensure continuous improvement by identifying concrete actions to promote/facilitate compliance with quality criteria in your team and by implementing control tools in order to adjust if necessary.

  • You will take charge of yourself by getting involved in a program to develop managerial knowledge and skills. 💼

Profile

  • You have a higher education diploma at Bachelor's level or equivalent by experience. 🎓

  • Minimum 5 years of management experience in a similar structure

  • You like teamwork (close cooperation within the staff)

  • You know how to work independently

  • You have strong leadership skills: you have good interpersonal skills in order to federate, coach, motivate and reassure your employees. 💙

  • You know the difference between priority and urgent, and implement effective action plans to meet the company's strategic objectives.

  • You have a strong analytical capacity and a great ability to adapt : change does not scare you.

  • You communicate fluently in French and have a basic knowledge of Dutch.

  • You are willing to travel to the different sites: Tamaris, Berchem-St-Agathe and Liège.
